Manager required for ashishaBar in central London. This bar is open evenings currently and will be starting to open for brunch at weekends soon. They have ashisha area, some really nice spirits for the bar area and also standard bar food (more British style bar food). The bar does serve a range of alcholic drinks and have some premium spirits.This role is responsible for the smooth running of the operation, on a day to day basis.salary 40k + service of around 600 (47k package).
The role
As a manager we are looking for a candidate who can manage the team which includes the bar team and food service team. The operation is focused on evenings, you will ensure everything is ready for service, the shisha bar and the food side is all ready for the opening. you will recruit & train your team. You will ensure everything runs well and this will include all the standard duties of a venue manager.
Expeirence
We are looking for a manager with knowledge of drink service, which is table service and food service. you will be able to work in a trendy unit and be able to develop the team. You will have a understanding of theshishamarket.
