This is an awesome opportunity for a Assistant Manager to step in and be part of a stunning project in central London. Heading up a high volume, wet led venue as they head into their busy summer months.

What will you get up to?

  • Hands on management of our floor, bar and host areas
  • Meeting guests, creating smiles and managing our fantastic team
  • Develop and mentor team members, facilitating their growth while advancing your own career progression.
  • Take charge of day-to-day venue operations, including designated back-of-house duties, to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Manage wet stock effectively, including ordering, stock control, GP achievement and reporting.
