Job Title: Client Executive Salary: 拢27,000 per annum Location: Russell Square Contract: Permanent, full time Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm COMPANY PROFILE A prestigious client based in London, are looking for a receptionist to support their client with day to day duties of the facility and greeting their customers. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for their first corporate role. You will represent their organisation to a high-standard, by offering a service of excellence to all those they support daily. ***IMPORTANT - Please note that all applications are subject to completing a short introduction email for the client. If you are successful, you will be called by Smart 10 Recruitment to be shortlisted and organise the rest of the application process **** 聽 SKILLS REQUIRED 路Previous experience within retail, hospitality, or hair salon etc 路Must be happy to travel to different locations in London occasionally. 路Very friendly, outgoing, and strong communication 路Articulate and professional 路Excellent communicator on all levels 路Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and internal systems. 路Confident with telephone calls and transferring / taking messages. 路Face to face customer service experience 聽 RESPONSIBILITIES 路Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel happy and supported during their working day 路Greet tenants daily upon arrival and leave positive and warm impressions for anyone entering the building 路Welcome all visitors and direct them to the appropriate person and floor 路Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable and organised at all times 路Receive, sort and distribute daily post and deliveries 路Create close and trusting working relationships with each new client 路Answer phone calls and transfer where applicable or take messages accordingly 路Ensuring buildings are set up 45 minutes prior to any viewing 路Admin tasks at head office e.g. Updating CRM systems, creating reports & ordering stationery 路Actioning any maintenance or facility issues immediately by informing Facilities Manager and updating maintenance list. 聽 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 路20 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases 1 day per year of service 路Christmas closure - Separate to annual leave entitlement 路Company pension 路Training and development 聽 Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
