Company Secretary - Best in Class Pension Consultancy

Are you a Chartered Company Secretary with strong Governance knowledge and seeking an exciting new challenge? If so then look no further!We are currently partnered with a leading pensions organisation, supporting them in their search to a Senior Secretary on a permanent basis to assist their team in delivering bespoke Governance and Secretarial solutions to their clients. Initially, the role will focus on supporting clients in the finding of pragmatic solutions to Governance and Secretariat issues. You will lead bespoke projects (targeting individual client needs) and ensure the timely delivery of Governance and Secretariat services.

Key Responsibilities of the role would include:

• Helping to develop corporate governance policies.
• Advising clients on their responsiblities and implementing governance procedures where necessary.
• Leading projjects in relation to Board Management Services, acting as a Subject Matter Expert within the Governance requirements.
• Monitoring and keeping up-to-date with Regulatory and Legislative changes and updating senior leadership on any developments that could impact operations.

We are seeking somebody with:

• Several years exposure to corporate environments.
• Chartered Governance Certification
• The ability to lead by example (with strong interpersonal and presentation skills).
• An ability to communicate at all levels (with both internal and external leadership teams).
