Corporate Legal PA

Global law firm seeks a Corporate Legal PA to provide a polished support service to Partners and Fee Earners on a permanent basis.

  • Up to 55k salary, experience dependent
  • Hybrid working (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
  • Canteen, on-site gym and amazing office

The Corporate Legal PA will have proven experience gained in a Corporate practice group from a recognised law firm.

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary and travel management.
  • Diarising and supporting the monitoring of deadlines.
  • Arranging client entertainment and assisting with organisation of client seminars / conferences.
  • Preparation of agendas and meeting papers.
  • Responsibility for organising internal events (e.g., training sessions, social events).
  • Drafting emails and letters on behalf of Fee-Earners.
  • Research into clients as instructed by Fee-Earners.
  • Coordinating the billing process on behalf of Partners.
  • Supporting partners with creation of client presentation materials.
  • Supporting events in collaboration with Business Development.

Corporate Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience gained from a recognised law firm.
  • Strong technical and good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Chrome River, Outlook, 3E, Intapp (DTE) and InterAction.
  • Previous billing experience.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills.
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications.
