Is this the role for you:

We are recruiting on behalf of a major UK financial institution for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chair of the Board. This is a pivotal, fast-paced role that requires exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate and manage a wide range of responsibilities.

What you will do:

Acting as the first point of contact for the Chair, you will manage a busy and complex diary, coordinate all travel and logistics, and act as a liaison between the Chair and senior internal and external stakeholders. You'll be adaptable, quick to respond, able to work with minimal direction, and confident engaging with stakeholders at the highest level.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the very heart of a major financial organisation, playing a key role in enabling the Chair to operate with maximum efficiency and impact. If you're a proactive, discreet, and highly organised Executive Assistant with board-level experience, we'd love to hear from you.
