Executive Assistant to the Research Director // London // £44,000 + Excellent benefits // Hybrid //My client, a globally recognised charitable organisation looking for an experienced EA to support the Research Director.As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within the team from managing schedules to coordinating with external partners, your expertise will enhance efficiency and collaboration across the organisation.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organise, attend, and produce action-oriented minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Arrange travel and process invoices and expenses.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and logistics, including onboarding new team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other administrators to provide coverage and support during high-demand periods.
  • Compliance & Budgeting: Ensure adherence to policies and cost control
Experience and Expertise:
  • 2+ years of experience in an EA position supporting C-Suite level stakeholders
  • Great IT skills
  • Able to draft correspondence
  • Be proactive, work with ambiguity, and be confident in your approach
  • Remain calm in a busy environment
  • Good organisation skills
