- Providing administrative support to 4 Managing Directors in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinating complex internal and external meetings, either in person or via Zoom
- Handling a high volume of phones calls and interacting with senior leadership in a professional manner
- Maintaining extremely detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests and all related logistics
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing related expense reportsÂ
- Preparing and distributing divisional correspondence, reports or other documents as requestedÂ
- Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently
- Responsible for participating in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and / or group eventsÂ
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Team Assistant or EA within a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally within a large financial services firm
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills, coupled with great attention to detail
