Executive Assistant and Operations

  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2wf
  • Culture - collaborative and supportive and keep to their values
  • This is to support two Directors and provide support to the wider team
  • Immediate start - 12 month contract to begin with
  • Quarterly bonus set up

Duties:

  • Managing diaries and setting up meetings
  • Preparing documentation such as presentations, client packs, reports and correspondence
  • Being first point of contact, email inbox management, phone calls and correspondence.
  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • Updating database and keeping the filing system updated.
  • Preparing and processing expenses.
  • Providing support for events.
  • Maintaining social media platforms.
  • First line IT support and liaising with IT provider.
  • Taking company meeting minutes.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms as required.
  • Ordering stationery and office consumables.
  • General ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle highly confidential information.
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good knowledge of IT packages and able to pick up systems and processes quickly.
  • Muck in attitude and a real "go to person".
  • Positive working attitude and able to go above and beyond.
  • Around two years EA experience within a client facing environment.
  • Degree educated.
