A people and change consultancy focusing on transforming the mindsets, behaviours, and cultures of business professionals are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

The facts:
You want to work at a growing agency with a clear, positive goal - transforming people’s behaviours, mindsets, and work cultures for the better.

You’ve spent years working as a Personal/Executive Assistant and know the drill, managing diaries, booking travel (national and international), arranging meetings, note taking, making reports based on said notes (and creating programmes based on findings), and supporting the head consultant/co-founder as well as other team members such as Project Managers and Producers when needed

You are organised, diligent, tenacious, confident and can read between the lines – you get things done and make sure everyone has done what they need to. Most importantly, you’re not afraid of the ever-changing nature of the job and are ready to roll up your sleeves and adapt to what the day needs.

You’ll be:
  • Working directly with the co-founders.
  • Using HubSpot, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
  • An enjoyer of all things admin.

You’ll have:
  • 3+ years as a PA/EA.
  • An interest in Learning and Development.
  • A genuine love for the role; you like being an assistant and want to stay one.
