Executive Assistant - Boutique Law Firm

Are you a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? One of our boutique law firm clients are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team.

This role is a permanent full-time role working 5 days a week (9:30 am - 18:00 pm) in their offices which are a walkable distance from Charing Cross station!

You will be providing 1:1 direct support to the Founding Partner and yourduties will include:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management.
  • 1:1 support
  • Ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role will involve various secretarial tasks such as managing diaries and inboxes
  • Assisting with billing matters
  • Formatting documents
  • Arranging travel itineraries

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-sufficient, flexible, thrives under pressure, and has at least 8 years of law firm experience (preferably in litigation).

This is a pivotal role that requires a professional who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of a boutique firm.
