Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level professional organisational and administrative support to the CEO of a fast-growing financial services business. This is a temporary to permanent position. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

The role is fully based onsite at our client’s Central London office, with hybrid working options available in the future.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s email inbox and filing system.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and manage to-do lists and project trackers.
  • Draft and produce high-quality emails to external clients and companies.
  • Work closely with the CEO, providing briefings on upcoming commitments and preparing for meetings and tasks.
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding documents for client meetings.
  • Handle incoming postal correspondence and manage filing of paperwork.
  • Manage sensitive information, confidential reports, and documents, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to meet security and confidentiality requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on adding value and assisting the team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication.
  • A minimum of 1 year of EA experience within Financial Services is preferable.
