You will be ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of one of our client's senior leadership. The role will include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Manage a busy and complex calendar, diary and inbox, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Screen and prioritise incoming communications, including emails and phone call
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order
  • Organise and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Facilitate virtual meetings across multiple time zones
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Maintain confidentiality agreements and ensure secure handling of sensitive documents
  • Ensure maintaining and building positive relationships with colleagues and all internal/external stakeholders
  • Support with any ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the business

Experience and skill sets we're looking for:

  • Vast EA experience supporting Senior Executives
  • Tech Savvy - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and general computer skills
  • Excellent organisation skills, proven experience managing busy and complex diaries
  • A confident and direct communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Someone who thrives in challenging environments
  • Travel planning experience, internationally and domestic
