The role involves managing confidential meetings, providing administrative support, and working on ad hoc projects, with the possibility of part-time hours (3-5 days a week). Candidates must have previous experience supporting at the C-Suite or Board level, with strong organizational and communication skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements. Ideal candidates should be proactive, discreet, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent opportunity to join a specialist law firm in the city as an EA providing support to senior stakeholders within the firm. This a varied role, and the successful EA will manage and attend highly confidential meetings, support on ad hoc projects, and provide critical administrative support to those at the highest level within the firm.

This firm are open to considering part time candidates for this position (between 3-5 days a week).

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and circulation of meeting agendas, minute taking, and following up with non-attendees to brief them on matters
  • Following up any action points following meetings to ensure they are completed
  • Creating meeting packs, ensuring all materials are provided from contributors and published to deadlines
  • Ensuring any relevant documents are filed and accessible to groups and committees
  • Maintaining planner for key events
  • Drafting and preparing firm wide comms and notices
  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Preparation of presentations and emails

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience supporting at C-Suite/Board level, with experience with board level meeting organisation.

Key skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with those at all levels within the firm
  • Due to the nature of the role, the EA must be able to act with discretion
  • Forward thinking, pro-active with the ability to identify and make suggestions on areas for improvement
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle tasks
  • Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
