- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling quarterly board meetings
- Preparing paperwork/presentations ahead of meetings
- Booking international travel
- Taking ownership of the CMS and monitoring when contracts new renewing
- Managing the admin team of 3
- Conduct annual appraisals
- Build strong relationships with key clients and their PAs
- Ad hoc projects e.g. office relocation
- Previous experience of having worked as a PA at C Suite level
- Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally Financial services.
- Experience in managing a team
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Have excellent time-management skills and be experienced in prioritising workload
- Experience supporting with some Office Management – H&S, renewing contracts
