Executive AssistantCity of LondonPermanent£60,0003:2 Hybrid I have an excellent opportunity as an Executive Assistant in a finance firm where you will support the CEO, CFO and Chairman. The successful candidate will be a true team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. They will possess exceptional organisational skills and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What you’ll do:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Scheduling quarterly board meetings
  • Preparing paperwork/presentations ahead of meetings
  • Booking international travel
  • Taking ownership of the CMS and monitoring when contracts new renewing
  • Managing the admin team of 3
  • Conduct annual appraisals
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and their PAs
  • Ad hoc projects e.g. office relocation
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience of having worked as a PA at C Suite level
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally Financial services.
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent time-management skills and be experienced in prioritising workload
  • Experience supporting with some Office Management – H&S, renewing contracts
