Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Business.
  • Manage the HOB schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage and maintain the HOB schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organise and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties
  • Arrange travel needs through internal travel department and create complete travel itineraries
