Executive Assistant - City - Insurance- upto £55,000 - 14 month FTC

Executive Assistant Fixed Term Contract - 14 months - maternity cover.

Hybrid working, 09:30-17:30

Wise May are looking for a EA to join our client, a personable and International Insurance business based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join the friendly Finance Team who reward hard work.

Duties to include:

- Extensive diary management.

- Arrange meetings (internal and external) and monitor diaries to ensure best use of time and avoid conflicts, giving special consideration to travel/time zone.

- Inbox management.

- Extensive travel arrangements.

- Coordination and submission of expenses.

- Organise and coordinate Executive Committee events and Finance Team social events.

- Communicate with external contacts providing responses.

- Attend meetings with Executives and take action points.

Skills

- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information / sensitive situations discreetly.

- Proven Executive Assistant experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Excellent telephone manner and competent knowledge of telephone system.

- Excellent communication, organisational and team skills, unflappable.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative.

- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

-Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.

- Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others.

- Have a positive attitude to daily tasks and have a solutions focussed working method.
