As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant that will provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

This is a vital role where you will be at the heart of the business, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with key operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, booking travel, and organising meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, helping to improve workflow and ensure efficiency across the business.
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks, including invoice management, budgeting, and office supplies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (ideally within the automotive, retail, or start-up sectors).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and basic knowledge of project management tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
