If so, Signature Recruitment is thrilled to offer a permanent full-time role for an Executive Assistant at a prestigious London university. The salary is between £34,500 and £36,500. This fantastic permanent opportunity supports the work of the Senior Academic staff and offers a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two at home.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide all round administrative support to a number of the senior leadership team. More specifically, supporting the delivery of strategic and operational plans within the university, assisting colleagues and providing administrative and project support. You will confidently be able to coordinate people and teams and offer support with meetings and events.

Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a professional and positive point of contact for managers, academics and staff by email, telephone and in person
  • Organising and assisting with meetings, workshops, events and interviews, booking rooms, distributing agendas and papers in a timely manner
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate Minutes as required on a wide range of higher education matters
  • Planning schedules and organising travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with financial administration including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and expense claims
  • Other ad hoc duties in order to support the smooth running of the team, project and wider university

Executive Assistant Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role showing exceptional executive assistance to senior staff / teams - with the ability to coordinate people and teams and manage relationships
  • Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and professional approach
  • An understanding and appreciation of working in a confidential environment
