Executive Assistant - Global Consultancy - Victoria

Busy challenging role, high level of responsibility and managing projects from start to finish.

  • Based - Victoria.
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2wfh.
  • Excellent benefits including discretionary annual bonus.
  • You will be supporting on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis with high levels of responsibility, as well as dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Fast paced and challenging where no two days are the same.

Duties:

  • Heavy diary management and scheduling across multiple time-zones.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Preparation of documentation and reports - working to multiple deadlines.
  • Updating the database with relevant information.
  • First point of contact for all incoming communications.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous relevant experience within a professional services environment.
  • Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent team player with a positive outlook.
  • Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to keep calm whilst under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills working in a client focussed environment and building up strong relationships.
