- Coordinate complex schedules, considering business needs
- Manage confidential correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations etc
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Facilitate, take minutes and track outcomes from meetings
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure meetings and any communication goes ahead smoothly
- Support the Chief of Staff with ad hoc project work
- Conduct market research to help inform decisions
- Aid with budget management and expenses
- Help to onboard new members of staff
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level Executives
- Solid experience from a Financial Services background – ideally within Asset Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, to take initiative and be proactive and adaptable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams etc
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
