Executive Assistant – Asset Management City of London£55,000 - £60,000PermanentHybrid – 3:2We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join an asset manager based in the City of London. The successful candidate will assist a Managing Director, providing first-class administrative support, ensuring the daily running of operations is efficient and smooth.What you’ll do:The Executive Assistant will need to use problem-solving skills to ensure the Executives time is used effectively. Other duties include:
  • Coordinate complex schedules, considering business needs
  • Manage confidential correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare documentation for meetings, presentations etc
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Facilitate, take minutes and track outcomes from meetings
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure meetings and any communication goes ahead smoothly
  • Support the Chief of Staff with ad hoc project work
  • Conduct market research to help inform decisions
  • Aid with budget management and expenses
  • Help to onboard new members of staff
What you need:As an Executive Assistant within this fast-paced environment, you will need to possess exceptional time management and organisational skills. Other attributes include:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level Executives
  • Solid experience from a Financial Services background – ideally within Asset Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, to take initiative and be proactive and adaptable
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams etc
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
