Executive Assistant

£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid Working

This successful growing consultancy who operate in the pioneering field of economic consultancy are seeking a new EA to support their 2 Managing Partners.

We are seeking an EA with a strong academic background to provide a first-class 1-2 EA service to two senior executives who operate global schedules, so having worked at leadership or C suite in a global environment is a huge advantage.

There is occasional need to support leaders on a New York timeline so there will be some evening work, but this won’t be every day and you will benefit from hybrid working flexibility to offset this. You will deal with complex scheduling, travel arranging, coordinating high profile events, process expenses and ensuring your executives are prepared for meetings with the relevant itinerary and documents and any given time.

Duties

  • Organise global travel and seamless itineraries
  • Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones
  • Proactively coordinate all logistics including hotels, restaurants, event locations and transfers
  • Liaise extensively with clients and other stakeholders ensuring exceptional communication and service levels
  • Support with events including sourcing venues, managing guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, menu’s and tracking all responses
  • Attend meetings, take notes and capture actions
  • Support operations team with presentation and pitch materials

You

  • Degree educated with a 2:1 grade or above
  • Hold relevant experience in a similar global role with experience of expertly managing complex global schedules
  • Proven ability as a natural relationship builder
  • Able to exercise strong judgement, tact, diplomacy and emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional technical skills including MS Office
