To provide the highest level of EA support CEO level and other Board members The role holder will have a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data. The role holder will also demonstrate a high level of initiative as they will work both with internal /external stakeholders Must have worked in a similar role recently key skills

  • Previous support to CEO or Senior level
  • Previous experience of managing and organising extensive multiple diary & travel
  • Event & conference management
  • Experience of managing expenses and general admin
  • Experience of organising refreshments and lunches for meetings /events
  • Maintaining / ordering stationery / office equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience of creating Presentations
  • you must be able to commute to Central London
