I am working on behalf of a dynamic leading city law firm are now looking for an experienced EA to join them, this is an excellent and involved opportunity for an EA with prior experience supervising a team. The successful EA will oversee the teams PA’s and effectively support with the running of the practice area.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting organisation, preparing and circulation agendas, taking minutes and following up any actions
  • Support with and work closely with the Business Development and Finance teams
  • Manage and oversee a small PA team - being a supportive 'go to’, mentoring, allocating work, and ensuring there is adequate cover in times of absence
  • Performance management including organising, overseeing and contributing to the appraisal process
  • Identify areas where the team are under resourced
  • Liaise with other business services teams to ensure needs are met
  • Reporting and project management

To be considered for this role you will have relevant EA experience within a law firm, with experience in supervising and mentoring team members. Ideally you will have exposure to the overall running of legal team and experience in project management.

This firm are offering a competitive salary and hybrid working (2 days a week from home).
