Our client, a highly regarded and reputable Lloyd's insurance broker based in London (City) are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to assist the MD of their Paris office by providing high-level administrative support and managing and coordinating schedules and travel arrangements. The successful candidate will prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as well as conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making as well as act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.

Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. You will be proficient in the use of MS Office and other relevant software and have strong strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of the insurance industry and its specific requirements would be beneficial but not essential.

This is a hybrid working role, working between the London office and home and will involve some oinfrequent btravel to the Paris office.
