- Provide daily diary management to 3 senior members of the executive team
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and board reports
- Coordinate meeting room diaries
- Work with the HR Director, providing administrative support such as contracts of employment, new starter paperwork etc
- Attend meetings with senior staff and make notes as requested
- Oversea and coordinate supplies for the wider team
- 3+ years of experience in an EA/PA role
- Experience working alongside a HR department
- Good technical skills, comfortable with Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to start immediately!!
- Salary of £40,000 - £47,000
