We are pleased to be working with a well established short term lender, on their search for an Executive Assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Manage and maintain the Senior Sales Teams diary
  • Ensure directors are prepared for meetings by providing necessary papers, travel information, agenda’s etc
  • Highlight any urgent correspondence / emails etc and bring to the correct persons attention
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings to discuss and confirm and upcoming engagements, invitations etc
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements
  • Filter general information, queries, telephone calls etc
  • Handling correspondence.
  • Take and relay accurate messages from telephone callers and answer queries where possible.
  • Provide agendas and take minutes for meetings when required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working environment, paying attention to data protection.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, brokers, solicitors, lenders
  • Assist Director as and when required to process cases

Skills and Experience

  • Must have good numeracy skills
  • Must be confident both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to be flexible around working hours
  • Ability to work comfortably on own initiative
  • Happy to work in a close environment with the sales team
  • Happy to undertake any necessary courses to enhance the business
  • Ability to take on new tasks and work in a challenging environment
