Executive Assistant to CEO of Investment firm, 5 days in beautiful Mayfair offices, up to £80,000 pa

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Partner and the wider office.

This dynamic role involves managing busy schedules, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate: You will have 3-5 years’ experience as an EA or PA—preferably within real estate, or financial services and a track record of supporting senior executives.

Professionalism, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-level administrative support to C-suite leadership, managing complex, fast-paced calendars and coordinating meetings

- Organising and executing international travel arrangements and itineraries Preparing presentations, financial reports, and legal documents

- Overseeing partnership meetings and circulating pre-meeting materials

- Maintaining databases, records, and confidential files

- Handling monthly expense submissions and general office administration

- Building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Potential involvement in project management (e.g., new office setup)

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Supporting senior leadership in finance or real estate

- Expertise in Apple software and Google Suite (Drive/Calendar)

- Impeccable organisation and time management skills

- Clear and professional communication with a collaborative approach
