My Client, one of the most respected US Law firms in the world currently seek a Legal EA to join their award winning Private Equity department.

They have one of the most relaxed and down to earth working environments in London, including panoramic views of Liverpool Street.

Duties include:

  • E-Mail management; checking, prioritising and summarising emails on a daily basis
  • Provide assistance to the BD/Marketing team
  • Diary management; anticipating and managing meetings and events
  • Comprehensive travel arrangements; sourcing hotels, transportation and preparation of itineraries
  • Production of Legal correspondence and documentation
  • Building solid working relationships with the allocation of Fee and Earners and the wider organisation
  • Monthly billing
  • Proactively providing assistance to those in contact with the management team

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive Legal Secretarial/PA experience, working within a Law firm
  • Demonstrated experience of working with confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
