Join a well-established law firm in West London as a Legal Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and organised, providing comprehensive support to a Partner.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner.
- Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and reports.
- Conduct audio typing and transcription of legal documents as required.
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for legal staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
- Assist in the preparation for court hearings and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Utilise IT systems to manage case files and documentation accurately.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with audio typing techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
