Join a well-established law firm in West London as a Legal Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and organised, providing comprehensive support to a Partner.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner.
  • Manage and organise files, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and reports.
  • Conduct audio typing and transcription of legal documents as required.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for legal staff.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Assist in the preparation for court hearings and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Utilise IT systems to manage case files and documentation accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with audio typing techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
