As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will join a supportive team, working on exciting, high-profile matters alongside experts who are leaders in their field.

Key responsibilities

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Conflict searches, file opening and drafting engagement letters
  • Support fee earners with business development including the creation of pitches, presentations and supporting with events
  • Support fee earners with time recording, processing expenses and billing
  • Basic document amendments
  • Delegate work to relevant business services team
  • Work as part of the wider PA team to cover in times of absence

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous Legal PA/ Legal Secretary experience in either family or private client within a legal environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Effective communication and team work skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
