PA - Temp 3 months – up to £30.00 per hour per hour - London/HybridRetail Bank is seeking an experienced PA to provide support to senior Directors at their City of London offices. This is a temporary position to start ASAP (dependant on security checks) for an initial 3-month period and will pay up to £30.00 per hour PAYE.This is a full-time hybrid position working 2 days in the office.  The main duties of the PA will include:
  • Complex diary management - maintain the Directors diary, enabling them to manage and prioritise their time.
  • Ensure Directors are well prepared for meetings including production/collation of all briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed proactively.
  • Management of emails, calls and workflows prioritising effectively.
  • Expense management
The ideal Personal Assistant will have the following knowledge skills and experience:
  • Extensive PA experience supporting at Director level in a professional environment or equivalent work experience.
  • Working within a Banking or Financial Services environment is desirable.
  • Proven experience of the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of flexible Diary and travel management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to plan, prioritise and organise with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong relationship management, building supportive and professional relationships with others.
  • Assertive, confident and enthusiastic approach upholding the company values.
  • Ability to act sensitively in all dealings where confidentiality is required.
