Personal Assistant to Land and Development Director

A leading Real Estate developer in London seek an experienced PA to join them on a full time permanent basis to support their Land and Development Director who sits on the board.

This is a fast paced, exciting and varied role, requiring a seasoned PA who is familiar with supporting at a senior level.

Hours: 8-5 (although you can work flexi hours and chose to do 7-4 or 9-6 etc. if you prefer)

The role is 5 days per week in the office due to the nature of work and meetings.

Key responsibilities of the PA include:

-Managing the directors busy and ever changing diary

-Managing communications

-Planning travel for meetings

-Producing documents for meetings

-Taking notes in meetings and producing action points

-Prepare for committees

-Compile presentations, land bids and tenders

-Compile, edit and distribute board reports

-Organise events

-Other general administration tasks to support the Director and team
