We are looking for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a small, family-run property company located in North West London. This diverse role encompasses both business and personal/charity-related tasks, requiring strong administrative, communication and multitasking abilities.This position offers parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Fridays. Please note that this is a fully office based role.Key Responsibilities:-Providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director for both business and personal matters.-Managing and monitoring emails, responding and forwarding as necessary.-Handling phone calls and liaising with internal and external contacts.-Typing reports and preparing correspondence.-Organising international and UK travel, including flights, hotels and transport.-Managing payments, including bank and credit card transactions.-Coordinating IT, phone and building maintenance issues.-Personal PA duties for Director.-Providing cover for other PAs when required.Key Skills & Experience:-Previous PA/EA experience.-Proficiency in Outlook (email, calendar, contacts), Microsoft Word, and Excel.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, trustworthy and reliable Personal Assistant to join a close-knit team in a professional yet friendly environment.Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
