We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide essential support to a blind patient liaison officer in Northwick Park. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations including Potters Bar, Ealing, and Brent Cross, the position involves working 18 hours per week, typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with varying start times.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the patient liaison officer, ensuring efficient management of their schedule and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients, clinicians, and a wide range of cross-sector partners.
  • Utilise excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and projects proactively.
  • Operate multiple IT systems confidently and efficiently.
  • Use initiative to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
