Role:

Looking for a proactive and multi-skilled PA to support the CEO.   • Calendar Management: Organize the CEO’s schedule efficiently
  • General Administration
  • ?Email Management: Prioritize and manage CEO’s inbox, respond when needed.
  • ?HubSpot CRM: Keep CRM data up to date.
  • ?Marketing Support: Assist with Social Media, You tube videos, Video Editing, presentation slides etc

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably for a CEO.
  • ?Proficient with HubSpot CRM and Zapier.
  • Office based Mon - Fri
  • ?Strong email marketing and campaign management skills.
  • ?Recruitment experience or understanding of hiring processes.
  • ?Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • ?Digital marketing experience, including social media.
  • ?Strong communication skills, written and verbal
