- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support
- Diary and inbox management
- Arrange travel itineraries for business and personal purposes
- Coordinate events, meetings and prepare necessary materials
- Handle expense management and ad hoc tasks
- Assist with marketing tasks, including updating bios, photography and social media
- Support responses to press, media and business enquiries
- Minimum 5+ years as a PA in a similar creative environment
- Proficient in MS Office packages and familiar with AV systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media is desirable
- Proactive, organised and efficient with strong problem-solving skills
- Hardworking, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines to a high standard
