An employer with an inclusive culture and a spirit of entrepreneurial and independent thinking.THE ROLEThey are on the hunt for a Personal Assistant to join their friendly City based team, working alongside their Executive Officer who will deliver your training & coaching to get you up to speed, eventually becoming the PA to an Executive and the small team. It is an exciting time to join the company, they are growing and evolving which creates a hugely positive work environment and the opportunity to feel like part of something and not just a cog in a wheel. Once up & running you will:
  • Provide administrative support including calendar and email management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Organise complex calendars and schedules
  • Manage emails, referring and responding as necessary
  • Support in preparing presentations, reports, special projects
  • Liaise with the reception team to book meeting rooms and visitor passes
  • Manage full travel arrangements for the team
ABOUT YOU
  • Confident across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Brilliant communication, confident and credible interacting with a range of stakeholders to a senior level
  • Massively organised and able to manage your time to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Enjoys working in, and can deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within professional services
