PA to Founders - 12-month FTC

  • Location: Mayfair (Green Park / Bond Street stations)
  • Salary: 45k
  • Fully office based: Monday to Friday in Mayfair office
  • 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

Superb opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the founding partners of a fast-paced, growing commodities firm based in a stunning Mayfair office close to Green Park.

With previous PA/EA experience, supporting high aptitude executives, you will be an integral part of an international team who work very closely, with a fantastic team culture.

You will provide first-class EA/PA support to the founding partners of this successful, dynamic business. This is a busy, varied role requiring a PA with impeccable attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

We are looking for excellent tech skills & advanced MS Office, lots of initiative and a proactive team-player approach.

EA responsibilities:

  • Provide full EA support to the 2 founding partners
  • Proactively manage complex global diaries, anticipating requirements, efficient scheduling, managing conflicts
  • Act as a contact point and ambassador, screening calls and emails, liaising with clients
  • Manage international travel, organising flights, hotels, transport, visas
  • Email and inbox management
  • Project support, track and manage communications
  • Manage and process expenses
  • Organise meetings, preparation of documents, take minutes, prepare and circulate action points
  • Organise events to include client lunches, dinners, and team events
  • Dealing with ad hoc tasks, i.e. scanning, photocopying, printing, filing etc
