Working Pattern: Full Time (Hybrid - 2 days pw in London office - Embankment/Charing Cross)

Overview:

Our client, a distinguished government organisation focusing on serious and complex financial crime, is seeking a resourceful and proactive Personal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership within the organisation, providing essential administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Head of Division (Casework) and Head of IT (Enabling).
  • Manage calendars and inboxes, ensuring effective prioritisation of tasks and timely responses.
  • Screen and manage incoming correspondence and telephone inquiries.
  • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements, providing all necessary details for the Heads of Division.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared, and take minutes as needed.
  • Draught documents, briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the induction process for new staff within the division.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support senior managers in various tasks as required.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience providing executive support to senior management, including full diary management.
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Competence in producing meeting agendas and taking minutes.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a law enforcement or government context.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and strong typing skills.

Additional Information:

  • This role offers informal hybrid and flexible working arrangements, coordinated with the line manager.
