An exciting new role has arisen for a thriving estates company based in London, W1, who are looking for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant role involves being integral to the companies Head Office, providing high level PA support to the Group Director, ensuring seamless diary management alongside offering support to junior members of the team.

  • Salary: £45,000
  • Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

  • Providing extensive diary management to ensure best use of time for demanding schedule - internal and external meetings, site visits and personal commitments
  • Planning and organising visits including transport, hospitality, venue, and presentation slides
  • Planning and organising corporate events including managing invite list/attendees, venue arrangements, hospitality, and any associated administration
  • Arranging breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, including reservations
  • Organising various internal committee meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, both nationwide and international
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Ensuring diaries are kept up to date with personal commitments, including school term dates and holiday arrangements
  • Maintaining an effective filing system and contact details
  • Meeting and greeting guests, providing lunches and refreshments, when required
  • Handling telephone calls, taking messages and answering the switchboard
  • Photocopying, filing/archiving, and binding

Personal Assistant required skills/competencies:

  • Proven experience working within a similar role desirable
  • Previous exposure to and experience in complex and conflicting diary management at senior level
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • An excellent eye for detail and impeccable customer service skills to deal with clients
