- Organising and maintaining the diary for Directors supported by the role, prioritising daily workload and booking all meetings to ensure the Director’s time is managed efficiently
- Minimising Directors' workloads and use of time by actioning all possible correspondence, forwarding it to relevant direct reports, and ensuring follow-up action
- Booking and coordinating all travel and accommodation as directed, ensuring all bookings are made within the travel and expense policy
- Submitting expense reports on behalf of Directors supported by the role as proxy
- Organising and coordinating all aspects of internal and external meetings as requested
- Organising events as required
- Managing scheduling for annual operating planning (AOP) meetings for the UK and OEMEA
- Supporting meetings and events ad hoc as required, for example, taking minutes, sending out agendas
- Actioning all general administration requirements, including but not limited to post and courier requirements, and office supplies
- Creating an efficient centralised collation and sharing point for Director and team input
- Supporting other executives as required in the absence of other personal assistants and executive assistants
- Minimum of 2 years of Personal Assistant experience
- Ability to work without close supervision and prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
