This role would suit a PA with prior experience supporting at C-Suite/Director level within a law or professional services firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management - resolving any conflicts and liaising with necessary teams
  • Inbox management - prioritising any emails and flagging to stakeholders
  • Meeting organisation - liaising with necessary teams, drafting agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points
  • Assisting stakeholders with projects
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses
  • Acting as a gatekeeper
  • Build strong relationships with allocated stakeholders and other internal and external contacts

Key skills and experience:

  • To be considered you must have prior experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm
  • Proven ability in looking after multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, professional and adaptable
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
