Our client, a highly regarded specialist law firm are now seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support a team of Directors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative firm that values collaboration and invests in professional development.
This role would suit a PA with prior experience supporting at C-Suite/Director level within a law or professional services firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management - resolving any conflicts and liaising with necessary teams
- Inbox management - prioritising any emails and flagging to stakeholders
- Meeting organisation - liaising with necessary teams, drafting agendas, taking minutes and following up on action points
- Assisting stakeholders with projects
- Travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- Build strong relationships with allocated stakeholders and other internal and external contacts
Key skills and experience:
- To be considered you must have prior experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services firm
- Proven ability in looking after multiple stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised, professional and adaptable
- Proficient in Microsoft office
