Personal Assistant with Special Projects to CEO

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant to work closely with a high-profile entrepreneur, supporting and managing rapid change and growth across diverse businesses and industry sectors. This role is integral to the operations of a cutting-edge technology startup, property development projects, and overall office management, including maintenance and utilities.

This is not a traditional PA/Assistant role, but more of a Business Assistant to the CEO working alongside another assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations across various business ventures.
  • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring efficient handling of correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Play a pivotal role in the growth and development of an additional exciting technology startup, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee property development projects, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely progress.
  • Handle office management duties, including maintenance, utilities, and general upkeep to ensure optimal working conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good standard of education
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organisation and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of a dynamic startup environment and act proactively.
  • Calm demeanour, quick learning ability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of discretion and integrity, crucial for handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in roles such as PA, Office Manager, or a similar capacity is highly desirable.
