As a Personal Team Assistant, you will support a team of investment professionals and key business functions. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating high-profile meetings, handling executive diaries, and organising key investor events. Your role will be varied, engaging, and fast-paced - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting!
?? What You'll Be Doing:
? Managing diaries, scheduling key meetings, and preparing board packs
? Organising travel, handling expenses, and coordinating events
? Supporting investor relations, marketing, and CRM activities
? Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
? Contributing to exciting projects and initiatives across the firm
?? What We're Looking For:
?? Minimum 1-2 year experience as a PA/Team Assistant (finance experience is a plus!)
Minimum 4 days in the office- 5 if there is board meetings on the Friday
?? A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
?? High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
