  • This prestigious Family office  based in Central London are looking for a pro-active and dynamic EA to support a highly successful and charismatic Director. This is a highly collaborative role where she is looking for someone to come in and really get to know all aspects of the business. You will provide seamless support with her extensive diary and international travel management, Client Communications, expenses management and an array of Private tasks ( ensure the smooth running of private diaries/engagements for their varied Clients.) No two days will be the same so you must be able to think on your feet and be an efficient problem solver.  We are looking for a Proactive, tactful, never afraid to say no person who at the same time is always positive, empathetic and diplomatic. This is a varied role and you will work closely with your employer, being a true gatekeeper and making sure her business and Clients private lives runs smoothly.
  • Looking for a detail driven individual with excellent diary skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is an organisational role in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience of working in a busy, deadline driven environment. Any European language a plus but not essential
