Great friendly team who now need some extra office support in their office by way of a Senior Administrator.
Please note this is an office-based role, core working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Role:
To provide administrative support to the Directors and Team.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with clients with queries and questions and/or third parties to ensure tasks are processed satisfactorily and as per set deadlines
- New Business Processing and recording via the company platform
- Carry out various market research for specific cases when requested
- Communicating verbally and in writing with providers and clients on basic tasks
- Deal with queries and questions, this can be through email, call or website
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally with a Financial Services background
- Attention to detail, methodical and thorough
- Ability to proactively communicate with clients - excellent written and verbal skills are imperative!
- A positive work ethic
