Great friendly team who now need some extra office support in their office by way of a Senior Administrator.

Please note this is an office-based role, core working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Role:

To provide administrative support to the Directors and Team.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dealings with customers are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • Liaise with clients with queries and questions and/or third parties to ensure tasks are processed satisfactorily and as per set deadlines
  • New Business Processing and recording via the company platform
  • Carry out various market research for specific cases when requested 
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with providers and clients on basic tasks
  • Deal with queries and questions, this can be through email, call or website

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally with a Financial Services background
  • Attention to detail, methodical and thorough
  • Ability to proactively communicate with clients - excellent written and verbal skills are imperative!
  • A positive work ethic
