Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior EA to support a Managing Director and provide minimal support to a small team of investment professionals. Join our prestigious SME finance client in their stunning Mayfair offices. Fluency in French essential, Dutch fluency advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex Diary Management: Schedule and manage meetings, anticipating potential conflicts.
  • Board/Trade Updates: Coordinate monthly updates for Portfolio Companies.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports promptly.
  • Executive Meetings: Organize internal and external meetings, including catering and tech setup.
  • CRM Database Management: Assist in managing the CRM and support document preparation.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee projects and events, handling ad-hoc secretarial tasks as needed.
  • Office Management - assist EA team with day-to-day duties - team player is required

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, solid EA experience within SME Finance - ideally P.E.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and open to learning new software.
